5. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

For most projects, we require:

  • 50% payment upfront to secure the booking

  • Remaining 50% after agreed milestones (e.g., filming episode 5)

Other structured offers or packages may include their own terms.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

Refunds are assessed case-by-case and only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Client Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information relevant to your project

  • Supply timely approvals, assets, scripts or notes

  • Ensure you have rights or permissions for any materials you provide

  • Attend bookings on time

Delays on your side may affect project timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide.

We retain ownership of:

  • Editing workflows

  • Templates, production formats, and systems

  • Website content, branding, and all materials created by us outside your paid deliverables

Once full payment is received, we grant you a licence to use any completed podcast episodes, videos, designs or assets created for your project.

8. Project Files, Storage & Delivery

We store working files for a limited period. Final deliverables should be downloaded and backed up by you.

We are not responsible for long-term storage or retrieval of old files unless agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for loss of income, profits, data or other indirect damages

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 3 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for actions such as:

  • Hosting

  • File transfers

  • Analytics

  • Payments

Your use of these platforms may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
